International Women’s Day Mini Series

It’s not news to tell you that women remain vastly underrepresented in senior positions all around the world. Whilst some industry reports have shared encouraging rises to the numbers of women holding C-suite positions, the reality is that women still remain very much in the minority and typically experience a tougher time of climbing the corporate ladder than their male counterparts.

Countless studies show, in no uncertain terms, that increasing diversity in business brings greater benefits beyond providing equal opportunity to all, and yet securing parity still feels in many ways a long way off.
