We’ve witnessed the dramatic maturation of AI technologies reshape business practices, while the climate crisis has demanded ever more urgent attention. Meanwhile, the global political landscape has continued to shift beneath our feet (with the full effect of such shifts to be seen as we enter into 2025) and all the while our organisations and societies – and those responsible for leading them – have felt the pressure to raise their standards in their practices, their ethics, openness, and social responsibility.
Drawing close to the end of 2024, whilst for many of us it’s a time to relax and enjoy the holidays with loved ones, it’s also that time when thoughtful leaders pause to take stock – both of the journey they’ve navigated over the last 12 months and of the wisdom that’s guided them through.
